Please refer to map for complimentary service areas. Areas outside of the highlighted region will incur a travel surcharge of up to $25 per treatment which will be decided and billed at time of treatment.

Gratuity while not required, it is highly appreciated! As a point of reference, 20% is considered the industry standard for great service.

If parking is paid, or towing occurs due to lack of parking instructions the client is responsible for covering all costs. 

Any areas that require additional time or labor beyond a standard driveway to home access (long walks from parking, complex parking, apartments, flights of stairs, high rise buildings etc) are subject to a convenience fee up to $20 that is decided and billed at time of service.

I arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow for setup to start at your treatment at the scheduled time. Any clients who are late will have that time deducted from their treatment.

Adherence to all appointments is crucial to your results, and to maintains fair booking availability for other clients. Late canceling OR late rescheduling regardless of reason will result in the following fees:

Less than 48hrs from scheduled treatment: 50% of the treatment price for existing clients, or loss of a deposit for new clients.

Less than 24hrs: 100% of treatment price

 No-Call/No-Show: 100% of treatment price plus 20% gratuity
